Founded West Wind Forest Products in Eugene, Oregon and quickly became the largest supplier of Douglas Fir lamstock in the United States, establishing our reputation for quality and reliability.
2000
Began specializing in Alaska Yellow Cedar lumber and timbers. Although not widely used commercially, we and our customers quickly discovered its exceptional beauty, strength, and natural resistance to pests and decay.
2003
Acquired our dedicated manufacturing facility to focus exclusively on producing the highest quality Alaska Yellow Cedar products. Our custom milling capabilities expanded to serve contractors throughout Oregon.
2004
Expanded into Alaska Yellow Cedar glulam beams, providing architects and contractors with superior structural timber solutions. Our custom beam capabilities now extend up to 52 feet in length.
2009
Formed Cypress International to expand our distribution network nationwide. We now serve customers throughout the United States and internationally while maintaining our commitment to Eugene-area service.
